How to order

Orders can be placed by Post, Fax, Phone Contact details or through our Verisign Secure Web Ordering facility.  We advise against placing orders by post because of the delays experienced in receiving postal deliveries but the choice is yours.  FullMoons Cauldron reserve the right to refuse any order or request an alternative method of payment then that received.

Payment methods

Payment can be made by Cheque made payable to FullMoons Cauldron. Please allow 14 days for cheques to clear before the order will be despatched or by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, Electron, American express cards, PayPal, Google Checkout or by e-banking/BACS.  BACS details will be supplied on request of a pro-forma invoice.  

Overseas orders must be paid by either Bank Transfer or Paypal unless we agree otherwise. 

Please note! when completing the check out procedure, do not enter your card information PLUS tick the PayPal option. By doing so you are authorising our system to charge you twice, which it will automatically do. We will not be aware that you have done this when processing your order. When you contact us on receipt of your statement with reference to a duplicate payment, it will take a minimum of 14 days to 30 days before your PayPal account can be refunded in part. You will also be liable to administration costs involved in dealing with this. 

Postage and delivery / Shipping Details

Please ensure you enter your full delivery address correctly.  If an item is returned to us because of wrong or insufficient address, you will be charged postage costs again to resend the item or the postage charge already paid will not be refunded should we / you choose to cancel your order.

Postage charges need to cover not only the actual cost of the postage but also packaging, warehouse and distribution costs. 

Online ordering Postage is charged by estimated packed weight which is worked out automatically by our system. The prices below are a guide only.  Each product is held on our system with it's estimated packed weight.  Where an item is bulky or very delicate it will be held with a higher weight to take into considering the extra costs involved in its despatch.  When purchasing on line you will be given the choice of delivery methods with costs via the drop down menu before completing your order. 

If ordering by any other method i.e. post, telephone, postage is charged per parcel at different higher rates; details on request. 

Delivery times can not be guaranteed as this is out of our control and are from despatch of order not placement of order

All deliveries will require a signature.

We are happy to deliver to a work address or neighbour, however; if something happens to your order after our couriers have delivered it to your chosen alternative delivery address we are not liable.  If you ask our couriers to leave your parcel without a signature, if they agree, that is between you and them and should anything happen to that parcel i.e. it goes missing or is damaged we are not liable in anyway.  A claim for missing or damaged goods will not be entered into.

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday.  You will be notified of any major delay.

VAT / Non EC  surcharge

Prices include VAT to the UK and EC countries at the current rate.  If outside these areas, this amount becomes a non EC surcharge.  The price you see on the web site, will still be the price you pay.  The amount does not show at the check out but will be itemised on your paper invoice.

VAT registered customers

If you are in the EC, outside the UK and registered for VAT; enter your VAT number in the relevant field at the checkout.  The VAT amount will be deducted from your order before processing once your details have been confirmed with the relevant authority. VAT charged will not be refunded at a later date if you didn't enter your VAT number at the time of placing your order.

Discounts

We have an automatic discount structure for orders placed on line through our secure shopping cart.  The relevant discount is automatically deducted at the check out.

£100 - £199.99 - 2.5% discount

£200.00 - £299.99 - 5% discount
£300.00 - £399.99 - 7.5% discount
£400.00 - £499.99 - 10% discount

£500 - £599.99 - 12.5% discount

£600 - £699.99 - 15% discount

£700 - £799.99 - 17.5% discount

£800 + 20% discount

Damages or wrong items received

Any claims for wrong or damaged goods should be made within 7 days of receipt. This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.

In the unlikely event that a package is delivered to you in a damaged or opened condition - where you sign for the package, you MUST write that the package is damaged/opened and you must inform us of this within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not, a claim can not be entered into with our carriers and we will not be able to replace the items.

Cancellation / Returns

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately by email and telephone.  You have the right to a 'cooling off' period, where by you can cancel your order within 14 working days after the date of receipt of the goods, without reason, for a refund on the cost of the products. Postage & packing (shipping) is not refundable.  Return postage is to be paid by you and goods should arrive back with us sealed in their original packaging, unused and in a re-sellable condition via a secure method.  We can arrange to collect the goods from you if you prefer, the cost of this will be deducted from the refund.  Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation and return of goods as detailed above.  Please contact us by email before returning goods for an authorisation code.  Returns can not be accepted without the authorisation code. 

This excludes products custom made to your own specifications.

If you wish to cancel an order after we have processed that order but before it is despatched, we will refund your order in full.  

Video's and DVD's can not be returned after receipt due to copyright laws. This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy statement

Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  The information we collect are your contact details supplied at the time of ordering or requesting information.  The information is collected by us and at no time are any of your details passed onto a third party.  We may at times use this information to inform you of special offers and promotions via email.  You will always be given the opportunity to decline future marketing information from us by responding to an email link to be found on the information we sent you.  Should you have any queries or concerns relating to privacy please contact our Marketing department via email.  We do not give a named contact in case of sickness or holidays - it is important to us that your queries are answered without delays.

(In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03) - “We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).”
