Refund policy
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately by email and telephone. You have the right to a 'cooling off' period, where by you can cancel your order within 14 working days after the date of receipt of the goods, without reason, for a refund on the cost of the products. Postage & packing (shipping) is not refundable. Return postage is to be paid by you and goods should arrive back with us sealed in their original packaging, unused and in a re-sellable condition via a secure method. We can arrange to collect the goods from you if you prefer, the cost of this will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation and return of goods as detailed above. Please contact us by email before returning goods for an authorisation code. Returns can not be accepted without the authorisation code. This excludes products custom made to your own specifications or sale goods. If you wish to cancel an order after we have processed that order but before it is despatched, we will refund your order in full. Video's and DVD's can not be returned after receipt due to copyright laws. Fragrances that have been opened can not be returned as they are not re-sellable. This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
