Delivery Times
We advise orders to be in by 12 midday Monday - Thursday for same day despatch via UK Mainland courier. 24 / 48 hr delivery depending on location. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Thursday. You will be notified of any major delay. Delivery times can not be guaranteed as this is out of our control and are from despatch of order not placement of order. Items sent via Royal Mail are not necessarily despatched the same day. Royal Mail no longer offer a next day delivery service on 1st class mail. Any claim for none arrival of goods sent via Royal Mail can not be made until two weeks after goods have been despatched. This is because of Royal Mail, not us!! |

Deliveries to DPD Local Drop of Shops
You will be notified by text / email from our couriers letting you know your parcel has been dropped off at the shop you requested. You have 5 days to collect your parcel before it is returned to us. If it is returned to us, we are charged a third party collection fee which will be substantially more that the original post & packaging fee paid and so will be deducted from any refund due to you for the returned goods. If you wish the goods to be resent to you, you will also have to pay a new post & packaging charge. |

All deliveries will require a signature
We are happy to deliver to a work address or neighbour, however; if something happens to your order after our couriers have delivered it to your chosen alternative delivery address we are not liable. If you ask our couriers to leave your parcel without a signature, if they agree, that is between you and them and should anything happen to that parcel i.e. it goes missing or is damaged we are not liable in anyway. A claim for missing or damaged goods will not be entered into. |
Non UK orders
We currently only accept orders from within Europe. You may be liable to import tax depending on the value and items ordered. You should check with your relevant authority before placing an order. It is your responsibility to know of any import restrictions and any products you can and cannot import into your country. If customs deem any product not suitable for import, they will destroy it. We are not responsible for any product customs remove / damage / destroy from your order. No refund will be given and you may face additional charges from customs and or us.
